Me and Slayer's old tech were good friends. We had our hands on a lot of cool gear over the years, that's just one of Jeff's old Marshalls he never used and I got.

I get it Dan, you're a big fan of Friedman but for some of us its just not our thing. I think he does well enough that you don't need shill for him in every other post.

Friedman is all about Marshalls and so am i.

That's a bit harsh....I mean I had a BE modded Marshall with a SAT switch..nice amp..asked Dave to do a loop and simple clean and it was almost as much as buying another stock 800 lol..he is a nice guy that takes care of his clients. But ultimately the amp just didn't have what I really wanted so off it went..I haven't heard any Friedman sound even close to this Bogner modded Marshall though..to each their own..

Like I said, some people are into his stuff, I am not. Been inside been through it and even heard it improved. Not my thing, not impressed.

A Metro-Friedman is not the same as a 60's or 70's Friedman JMP.

That sounded pretty good to me..not sure what you're hearing. Like I said before the Friedman I had was good..about equal to putting an SD in front of a stock 800..which of course is nice. But it ain't no Cameron...don't know him and I have no interest in rehashing all the past stuff..BUT he sure knows how to make a Marshall sound RIDICULOUSLY good..IMO of course.

I agree, the amp sounds great.

charveldan...we all know how much you are a Friedman fan. I love Dave's work too but the constant over the top nut hugging that you do tends to get real old after a while. You gotta get it through your head that not everyone likes the Friedman tone, but that's OK.
