Probably about the same play time on both Les Pauls. I personally think the Warmoth parts cannot be beat. However, their necks and frets do not come pleked or anything. You have to drill the stud holes for the tuners and all screw holes in the body, level the frets, shim the neck, and do the other basic setup procedures. I have to solder all of my own electronics, but two of them I bought pre-wired pickguards which made it an easy drop-in solution. If you can figure out how to precisely align the tuner stud holes, and drill everything correctly, you can come out with a strat as good as any $3000 strat on the market in my opinion.

I'm still working on a couple of them. The only one that needs the string trees is the red one, but the rest have staggered tuners. I put a 2-way toggle on the cream strat which basically only switches between the bridge and neck pickups. The middle pickup is mounted but not wired because I'm waiting for my custom pickguard to arrive so it's just there to fill in the middle pickup route. In fact, I'm going to wire all of my dual humbucker guitars for neck and bridge only with 2-way mini toggles. I don't care about splitting, parallel, etc..., so most of them will eventually only be 1 vol, 1 tone, 2-way switch.

Looks like he's got staggered lockers. The G, B and high E tuning posts are shorter which increases the break angle off the nut. Eliminates the need for string trees. I put locking tuners on my tele but kept the vintage string guide (round button style) bc I dig the look

Love the guitars, Uber! I've always wanted a strat in sonic blue.

Warmoth Pro necks have side truss rod adjustments. The red stained mahogany strat has one on the neck plate called a micro-tilt adjustment which allows you to tilt the neck for a more precise action. My Warmoth necks don't have that so I typically shim them with a business card. I'm not a pro or anything so I just go on what I've picked up over the years.
