Compressor question

What do you recommand, something that help shining the clean and of cournse not expensive, limited budget

Used Diamond compressor. The Diamond adds a nice sheen to the tone. You should be able to find a used one for around $100.

Barber Tone Press is great too. It has an internal trim pot to adjust the amount of attack/sharpness and the blend knob on the outside is a must in my book.

I have a tone press as well, and I would have recommended that, but he said 'Shinning the Clean', so I thought of the Diamond. I do like my tone press, but I actually like the Diamond better, it just does something cool to the tone that I like.

TC Electronic Nova Dynamics (used, it's discontinued). Same/similar circuit in the Nova System and G-System. You should be able to find one for around $100 maybe less?

I have a tone press. Nice.

Recently picked up a Wampler comp. I like the wampler a bit more but it is so subjective.

Used will be the way though. Wampler is not cheap.
