Connecting amp send/return with one stereo cable - issues?

Would it be an issue connecting the BE100 loop send/return with the pedalboard using one stereo cable (split up to 2 mono at the board and at the amp)? Or will this have any negative impact?

I am in the process of rewiring my board and I have ordered one too few Neutrik locking jacks at the board. However the ones installed are stereo jacks, so I was wondering if I could save one cable in my snake.

I will now look out what is the best quality 2 core wire cable I can find out there.
