Considering sending my rig to Dave but have questions...

There is no way I am going to be able to wire or setup my huge rack on its own. I can only manage to get one poweramp and preamp working at a time.

I live in Northern California so here are a few questions I have. All the amp specialists around here dont do racks or if they do they do smaller scale stuff.

What would be the best way to send this rig down to Racksystems? Insurance as well as cost is a concern of mine. I figure since I am in California I would be able to hire a courier instead of having to send it freight any suggestions?

Do I need to send my Cabs as well?

My system is pretty big consting of the rack along with two heads. I dont really know how I want all the presets done. Would it be possible for me to spend a day at the shop to lay out my prefrences and since I would need to be shown how some of the rack items like the compressors work.

Also ballpark wise how much would this cost me just for the guitar rack? I will do my bass rack at a later date. Also how much time would be needed by Racksystems to complete my rack? You can send me a PM if you dont want to discuss prices in public.

I had built this rack as a tone library so I can access any tone or replicate any tone I want so that was the goal or my purpose when building this. It is a studio rack and wont ever be used for gigs or touring.

Here is a pic of it. The items you dont see is a Blueface VH4 and a Bogner 4x12. That is a Diezel 4x12 in the pic that you can barely see. I also have a 4x12 Mesa Metal grill half back with black shadow cab.

Here is a pic...

Wow have some preamps. Ok well we need to talk via email and on the phone about this. I would need to know what you thoughts are on how you would like the preamps and amps to run. Dave
