Rubbed, wrapped, 24 hour set. Post-bake, pre grill. The Weber Genesis is preheating and they will be sauced with Kinder “Spicy Sweet” and crisped…

Finishing ribs on the grill is such a great move, under rated imho.

I think the dumbest fucking thing I ever saw is when you claimed to remember the Kennedy assassination. Or claimed to pay $38 for 7 gallons of cheap gas. Or claimed to have served in combat. In Vietnam. Or the aforementioned time you posted an irrelevant STLPD statute when you got scared because someone pushed back on one of your fucking ridiculous threats. Pussy.
