Converting Bogner 2x12 to stereo ???

Has anyone ever done this?

The cab I have now is 8ohm so I'm not sure what ohm speakers are in it.

What id like is to have it set up like a Mesa stereo cab. So basically 1 mono jack that can push both speakers and two separate stereo jacks to plug two heads into each speaker.

Any diagrams or input would help. I have a dremel so I'm ready to route if need be.
 
Have you taken the back off of it yet?

Some cabs have a switch that will change it from 16 ohms mono, to 8 ohms per side (stereo).
