Converting from instrument level to line level

I want to use my Rocktron Replifex in a loop of my Axess GRX4 in front of my amps. The problem I'm having is that the Replifex only accepts line levels. What would be the best way to convert from instrument level to line level and back to instrument level? Thanks!
