interesting, see how it sounds, kinda funny they made the pedal look just like one of those x-series digitech pedals, holding down the pedal for feedback is an interesting function

....meanwhile, the other half are trying to figure out how to best control unwanted feedback.

I had one of these back in the 80's.I wonder how this one differs.

Probably the same thing in a new box.

if i want feedback i walk two steps in front of my 5150. if i want a solo boost or an EQ boost i use an EQ pedal.

why try to re-invent the wheel?

Not everyone plays a 5150. the places i play, its a small watt combo set clean with a little breakup all day long. ride the volume knob all day long and add pedals for various levels of grind.

As far as reinventing the wheel, how many TS type pedals are out there? How many clean boosts? And some boutique makers charge 2-3 times what this pedal costs. just another option for us to play with.

And nothing against 5150's - I used one for a long time.

as long as it is a tube amplifier it does not matter what it is - use some volume and play with the guitar volume knob - make the guitar an extension tool of what you want to say (play). even small watt combos are capable of feedback and breakup. and if you cant get either of these features from just a guitar and an amplifier or even using a clean boost, i would say the problem lies somewhere else - not within another pedal.

A lot of times on stage in the moment you want that feedback and while you're hunting for it the moment's gone. I think to be able to get it whenever you want is pretty cool. Especially if it's effective for low volume recording at home.
