That sounds great...very dynamic! I assume it uses one of the "small bottle" tube types (EL84 or 6V6)...sounds like it to me when the amp's master is cranked up (smooth and compressed)? What makes this circuit unique?

Yup, runs off 4x6V6 @ 400V.
It is not based on a Fender, Marshall or Vox but a low impedance input circuitry with the amflification/gain happening later, which also includes power tube sat. of course. Has a 50% and triode switch, also switchable between cathode and fixed bias.

Some may not consider this an amp per se, but I like the looks of it. I put a Carvin stereo power amp in it to match the aqua blue Rockman motif.
