Can't really see from your pics, maybe the white thing with a black center? Just look for anything with a screwdriver slot in it, and that should be it. It might be standing upright, with a slot in the side, or a square with a slot on the top. I don't know. But it'll be the only thing on the board that you can stick a screwdriver in. (Most likely anyway)

hmm there's actually something like that. i'll try adding more clear pics tomorrow. In the second pic, there's the round black thing next to the blue resistor or whatever. That's the only thing that looks like what you said.
the diode and the resistor both right by that pot is generally a dead giveaway that is the bias pot. If you're still not sure.. you can follow pin 5 (the pin in between the white cement/wire resistor) on the power tube sockets to the board which will be hooked up to the negative and positive feedback which gets its voltage from the bias circuit.
