Country Roads Cover - enjoy this 3 minute nature video :)

I had the idea to do a cover of Country Roads by John Denver - such an iconic melody from my childhood. I have some pretty cool scenery where I live so thought it was fitting for this vid. For gear I used my new Mitchell acoustic. For the melody I used ESP/LTD TE-200>Boss SD-1>Blankenship Masterplex>1960BX w Eminence CV-75. There’s some quasi steel guitar licks in verse 2 I used my Pod Express. Had some fun with this one - hope you dig it :)
 
You did a nice job @dstroud . I got a lot of pain today, jacked up my back ahead of memorial day weekend. Can't barely move but the wild turkey loosed up my back enough to stand up. You raised my spirits, thanks bro. Be thankful you can cross your legs like you were sitting on that rock. Be blessed Darren.☦️

thanks man!! No or very few comments is typical of my clips. I don’t think I have a Rig Talk tone/vibe in my playing but all good, I’ll keep posting in case someone likes it lol

thanks man! Right now I’m in Silverton Colorado. It’s a quirky little tourist town at about 9300 feet. population about 700, but it’s jamming in the summer with tourists.

awww man sorry to hear about your pain - hope you heal quickly!! And I get it man, at my age every morning I wake up and the body feels good I know I’m blessed - wishing you a quick recovery!!
