I will play some death metal, but I'm more likely to jam some GWAR on it than I am Suffocation.

actually, i like all of those...but when it comes to that particular amp, only one name comes to mind...suffocation.

i mean for how cheap they go for, why not have one, they are fun. you know you got the old death metal and pantera tones in it. the clean is actually pretty decent, and the chorus built in isnt terrible. everyone loves the ampeg and this is more or less the same thing for 3 or 400 bucks cheaper.
