“Gender neutral” bathrooms are going to be common pretty soon. We spent weeks mulling over designs for a new building on site. The best ones I saw imo were set up more like dressing rooms. Semi private from the rest of the building, but each “stall” has its own lockable door, toilet, sink, mirror, etc

So there isn’t much of a chance for unwanted mingling, besides walking past eachother in a hallway. Even just a father that needs to bring his daughter to the bathroom is safer that way.

Certainly less convenient than walking up to a urinal for a quick piss, but probably the best happy medium for the inevitable.

So I have a young daughter. Old enough to go to the bathroom by herself but too young to want to use a large public restroom by herself. I doubt she could reach the sink by herself.
What would you suggest I do? Bring her in to the men’s room and parade her past dudes at the urinals with their dicks in their hands?
Or do I just wander in to the women’s room?

Some establishments have "family" bathrooms, you know, families with little kids. And there are instances when a child is too little to go by themselves, the adult would take them into the bathroom of the "adult's" gender. You do realize there are only 2 genders, don't you? I mean being a "trust the science" guy and all.

I was in France in 85 or 86....that was my first experience with unisex bathrooms. It seemed weird at first but you gotta go you gotta go. A single restroom is no big deal...one for multiple people is where it gets strange. If a dude is perving on my 10 y.o. daughter in a restroom....dude is getting fucked up. I still think this is a made up issue to piss people off. Not a problem for years and now all of a sudden weirdos everywhere....fuck...

I used to be a facility manager for a casino. If a toilet in a women’s room broke down we either had to find a female plumber to fix it, or shut down an entire bathroom and bring over a security guard to man it while a tech went in to fix it. It’s not a good setup.
