This guy has to have been a HUGE Steve Marriot fan. Even had a similar timbre to his voice.
RIP.

Hell yeah I like them a lot - Empty Castle is one of my favorite songs to jam on. Killer riffage!!

I grew up in Raleigh jammed with Kelly on and off way before COL. Dude drank his self to death.

I'm a huge Hendrix fan and these guys are all over it. I like them alot!

Ever heard the instrumental band from Europe 'Plankton'?
They've had a number of iterations and it's easy to land on the wrong one if searching.

This album is essential for Hendrix fans. Check out the samples.

Nothing but vintage strats and Marshalls for both guitarists - great players too.

I really dig Cry Of Love. I prefer the singer on the 1st album.

Also, I love Plankton as Donnie B. is mentioning.

Apparently Robert Mason (Lynch Mob, Warrant) was on the second album. It’s hard to top that first guy though. Man, what a singer.

Love Cry of Love too - but I like the second record better. I think both singers are great but first guy had more character. A shame he is dead. Audley Freed is killer.

And thanks for turning me on to Plankton!

I jam the Cry of Love records all the time. I wish they had gotten bigger, as they were a killer band.
