I know people who keep their eyes on it and make some good chunks of cash. I don't personally like the stress of it all but that's a factor with any investment strategy you take.

Yeah I have a buddy who keeps messaging me for investors b/c he is confident right now. Like 70% ROI in a year by contract guaranteed.

He made a friend 33% in 6 months last year.

Wish I had more than the $1k I had to put in.

Overall seems like the crew here prolly knows guys like mine.

Not for investing but I bought an amp from Oleg Myasnikov and he only takes crypto so it was a requirement. Some people only take this as a form of currency. Not ideal as it’s a bit sketch but Oleg is a good dude and have been pretty square with the folks who have purchased from him.

I think if you can get in during a sell-off / low price and hold; in the last 5 years: in 2022 it was under $17K per bitcoin; peaked in 2025 at over $122K per coin, now it's around $76K.

Too much volatility without any rhyme or reason; sell-offs and buy-ups happen; scarcity, etc., big hack just happened in Brazil,...

I stay with more traditional investments: stocks, funds, ETFs, and even then, market drops are part of the experience.

I retired early a few years before I planned; I moved some of my investments to income generating ETFs, and it's been a roller-coaster ride, but the income has been relatively consistent; and I'm about 12 months away from the generated income covering my initial principal investment.

I wouldn't call it a scam; the scarcity is what drives it; but big holders can move the market price...if you bought at $17K in 2022, and sold some at the peak in 2025 at $122K, that's a 617% return. Tough to beat in 3 years.

Timing any market is difficult and a fool's errand; but lots of fools in the market...set money aside and be ready to invest, and wait for the next drop which may or may not happen or may take years...

Now I prolly have the ROI misstated. I added the original investment principal as the 100%, so if you put in $1k you’d get $1,700 within 12 mos.

We’ve been buddies for 3 years and he delivered for a friend that did get that 33% profit (133% return) so I pulled the trigger.

I’ve got the contract if anyone wants to check it out.
