It’s not really an adventure because I cook it frequently, but it was delicious. Cast iron seared filets (salted, peppered, Montreal Steak Seasoning). Finished with a half stick
of butter and Zip Sauce. Potatoes (sweet for the Mrs.). Probably my best steak in a couple of years…
P.S. If the sear looks aggressive, it’s because It’S AGGRESSIVE!
