I’ve mentioned this before, but I suck at baking. Too precise, not much flexibility, so many rules. So. Many. Dirty. Dishes. . But, I still want to be good at it. “Crusty Artisan Bread”. It was supposed to be easy, and while not Difficult, it took ~6 hours.

It’s good. Going to make a spicy Olive Oil dipping sauce to go with it today…
