Found this pic on another page. I guess this is what lurks behind the "fake" stuff. George is great, his phrasing is still incredible (IMO). I wonder what the Randall people thought about him demoing his new guitars in the Diezel booth, when they were 50 yards away for the debut of his new LB 103 amp :gethim: .

His pedalboard has changed as well (typical George). Gone is the prototype Fulltone Deja-Vibe, and the T rex Replica delay, in their places are a Strymon Blue Sky, and a Strymon El Capistan Delay (If your not familiar with the El Capistan, check it out!! The baddest delay out there at the moment!). He is also using a Framptone amp switcher, and occasionally an old Vox wah (so much for the Morley GL Tripler and Dragon wah!) I am not sure he's ever actually used anything he has endorsed

He still running the Cusack Screamer fulltime?
He switches it in and out.

Hey guys, we are a full month since anyone has posted here... by now Lynch must be using a Blackstar amp, a new wah, a new phaser, a new boost, and a new pickup. Any news on what he has on his board now?

and, George can send my Naked back anytime. Kind of miss that uncompressed, raw, thick gain......

Hey, how did George end up with your old Naked?? Thought he was using the Marsha. Which one is heavier and thicker sounding?

Great pics. What is the samll beige amp? Fender ___??

I saw them 2/25 and I could not see the hidden amp. But his Framptone channel switcher had "Marsha" taped on one channel. The Sullivan was hidden too but I know it was there and he was using that one too. I filmed sound check that night. Check out the tone:

Just saw him a few weeks ago and here's his rig. If you look close, there's no cable plugged into the LB. He had a Friedman Naked behind his cabinets that he was playing in place of the LB. I stood directly in front of him and watched him switch between the Naked, Sullivan, and Fender. He mostly played the Naked and Sullivan together.

What kind of mics are those?

Really nice, semi-dirty tone. Hoping his rig doesn't change too much from this by the time he makes it down Cali way again. Would love to hear it in person before he redoes everything again

Sorry to dig up an old thread but what does he use the fender tweed deluxe for?

On the Soldano forum it was mentioned George sold his '87 SLO and purchased a new SLO sans fx loop and clean channel; just crunch and overdrive. It has a red ostrich headshell.

George's Red Ostrich SLO was purchased from Soldano in 2008. (No loop...no Clean Switch)

:D

Got this info from Bill at Soldano.
