Anyone know where I can find a solid quality manufacturer of custom built amplifier chassis?

I have spent a couple hours scouring Google searches and haven't really come up with anything solid.

Looking to move forward with a project I have been designing and planning with a friend.

Thanks guys!

You really need to provide a drawing to a machine shop if you want to do something truly custom. I don't know of any company that makes a living making custom built amp chassis. I know a couple of places you can get an unpunched chassis, but the shapes and sizes are standard.

So… do you need a custom size with custom punches. Maybe want to do powder coating/silk screening? If so, you'll need to go to a machine shop, and a single chassis can cost $300-500 depending on what you want. You'll need to order 20-30 chassis to make it cost efficient. The chassis for my Cherry Bomb amp are made by a machine shop I work with who does all kinds of projects.

If you are looking for an unpunched standard size chassis, you can get them here:

I have done some preliminary drawings of the front and rear of the amp just for idea purposes. The current dimensions of the amp chassis will end up in the area of 26"Wx11.5"Dx5"H. I also have access to powdercoating and silk screening at reasonably cheap prices because of my racing connections so it really mostly comes down to getting the chassis bent and punched. It will have to be 100% custom for what I want to do.
