If you call Bob to order something, I would suggest you do some studying about switching systems before you call - He doesn't really like hand holding you through the basics of a switching system, which is exactly why all that great info is posted on his site. Read it and get your ideas together before you call. When you call don't mumble, don't act stupid, and don't expect him to spend hours with you on the phone. Also, ask for an accurate delivery date. If you don't like the delivery date, then hang up and order something from Musicians Friend. If you can wait the time, then you'll be the proud owner of an incredible piece of gear and the member of an elite club.

The rig in my sig has changed a bit. A Tubeworks Mosvalve has replaced the Carvin DCM200L after blowing up the Carvin with a shorted speaker cable. Sparks and smoke blew out the front of the Carvin so I don't recommend trying that at home.
Due to sounding like shit 90% of the time, the GSP1101 is gone, leaving Amp/Preamp loop 2 empty at this point. The Egnater M4 is Amp/Preamp loop 1 is covering all my needs right now. I wish Egnater would release the damn E2 already..

My experience purchasing a CAE 3+SE from Bob was 100% pleasant, and when I had some minor difficulties with it he answered my questions with a very fast turnaround. Based on my experience I would do business with him again.

Thats bad business... I understand a company going the extra mile for a known artist, it makes sense... However taking someones money and making them wait forever because they are a nobody is B.S.

I was VERY wound up, waiting all that time for my stuff-- but it was indeed worth the wait. I have since, had the rack pay for itself with gig revenues, and don't regret having Bob build it at all... Actually it's comforting knowing he did, because he does it RIGHT the 1st time.
Brah, that E2 has been absent and "Pending" since what-- 5 NAMM shows back?? It did look promising.

Bob got back with big apologies and said it totally slipped his mind and is hooking me up. I don't want the elite model though. Just the elite ISO's and one of his new midi controllers.
