custom neck builders ???

looking to get a few custom necks built for two wolfgang specials I have. looking for something with a slightly thinner profile, and an angled headstock with the same overall shape. Is there anyone out there who does this ?

You probably know of Musikraft and Warmoth. Everyone has told me Warmoth makes killer necks but they were too pricey for what I needed. My bassist friend swears by them though.

When I was looking around I found a few people on TGP that were willing to take the job.

Have to edit this. I think Musikraft does. They certainly do for "OEM' clients but if you read this description it does say 'This order form is for our OEM clients with their own Head Stock shape. If you are not one of our OEM clients with your own Head shape, please use the appropriate order form (Not this one)."

Can't find the order form they mention so you may need to call to find out.

Musikraft recently streamlined what it will offer. If you can’t find an online order form for it, they won’t do it right now. Which is a huge bummer.

Couldn't hurt to give Musikraft a call, when I ordered a neck from them last, I yakked their ears off for a while asking about what specs they can do with their fret ends. They might do stuff they can't advertise on their website.

I got a quartersawn maple neck, birdseye board, tusq nut and stainless steel frets for $375 shipped. It came perfect. If I ever bought another tele/strat I'd only go with Musikraft necks.
