Anyone have something on custom order and they just CAN'T sit still?

I got a Musikraft neck that shouldn't be more than 2-3 weeks now and an Agile "custom" guitar that I won't see for months :(

Every time I talk about them to people, I just get way too excited and can't wait

Any of you guys got stuff on order?

I'm waiting on a Fortin NATAS and it is getting close to a year now...

Also waiting on a Charvel Custom Shop since April that I may see in Feb of next year, but I'm betting it'll be closer to a year...

Honestly I don't really have the blues over it... kinda expected the wait times... and I have plenty-o-gear to enjoy in the meantime. Not sweatin' it too much...

Anything with teh word custom automatically implies "you get it when its done" or "you get it when you get it".

Sorry man, I'm waiting on some badass gear myself. Mills Acoustic cab and a custom guitar from a small luthier. Wait on the guitar has been over a year since deposit. But I suspected this with any custom guitar I've ordered. And I'm not apt to start busting his balls. The guy is cool as hell and builds sick guitars.

The Mills on the other hand I thought would be delivered before the quoted delivery date. There running way behind too. Thats what I'm really chomping on the bit for is a good cab. Been having to play through an OS Recto cab thats boomy.

@ Sah5150 waiting that long for mike I can imagine is agonizing. I tried to get him to kanabolize a TwinJet. Hes refused both my inquiries due to order obligations.

Waiting on a Titan Custom 100. It's been about 8 months now. I'm fine about the wait time. I definitely understand...wish I could have it sooner though haha. I've had a single recto for 7 years. I'm ready for a change. If the sound is anything like the clips though, it will be well worth the wait. Now that I've tweaked the sound on my recto lately it does sound much better and makes the wait much easier. I'm in vintage mode now. Modern kinda blows IMO. Tried vintage before but it just seems different this time.

still waiting for my Bernie Rico Jr. Black Friday guitar along with everyone else. Almost 11 months now!

Been waiting about 10 months for an amp but it looks like its only a few months out now which is actually ahead of schedule. I'm supplying the wood for the headshell and the builder just called me and said to go ahead and ship it now.
I really don't think about it much...too much other stuff to keep me occupied.

Got another Suhr Modern on order since March. Was hoping it would be done by the time I get to NAMM in January but it ain't looking good... :-(
Oh, and some more RedBear picks. Waited 4 months to see which ones I liked, now I have ordered more. Probably the second worst attitude towards their customers I have ever encountered.

I ordered my set neck suhr modern a year ago this january and I just talked to them and they said most likely after the first of the year.

Plus I am awaiting a suhr tele that was ordered in march again after the first of the year.

i go batshit waiting on amps, guitars i hardly ever think about the wait on them.

yeah, I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to wait, but I think I just got used to it. Being busy with school and realizing that I don't even play the guitars I own as often as I use to made it a little more bearable

I dont have a problem with waiting for "custom" gear as long as I am told ballpark how long the wait will be from the gate. Shit comes up so I can understand a little extra time needed in some cases. I do have a problem when they say one thing to get the sale and then put u on the back burner with the excuse that "everyone knows custom gear means years waiting" line.
