Found this at a Local Pawn shop I pass by every once in a while called Imperial PawnShop in Brea.


For what it is a great price comes with gig bag and it's pretty clean and 7 string!!!!! 4,000 bucks isn't cheap but relative to a new one or a lot of used ones it's a great price and below actual market value especially as it's a Masterbuilt.

They paid probably 500 to an addict, and will make a profit from the 1500 - 2500 they might be offered for it.

It's already under market value but I figure they can play with the prices.


It's a pretty damn good price given that and well can't really find a Custom Shop Kelly used or new at that price let alone a Masterbuilt

They won't sell it for 4000. Thing looks poorly maintained. I wouldn't even entertain the seller.

Apparently people aren't really paying attention to the real world market and what actually gets paid. They can ask all they want.

I mean a new regular production is 4200...... used Custom Shops are going for more than that and even regular production ask for 4000 or more.


This is a Custom Shop and relative to market prices it's a stupid good deal for what it is.

I didn’t say it was right but I just sold my custom shop Kelly for a stupid amount of money and it was just a quilt top…this is masterbuilt with Dan Lawrence graphic and a 7 string!

Yeah Pawn Shop guys know it would sell fast on Reverb or online but they don't have the hard case and that plus fees, shipping and possible BS that may happen. Comes with a nice thick soft case though.


They seem to have some good deals here. About 8 months ago they had a Gibson Explorer for 1700.


I mean this ain't my jam but given the market value and relative to other stuff it's a pretty damn good deal, not cheap but yeah seeing market prices for Custom Shops it's well below market value.

Yeah wouldn't post if I didn't think it was a good deal. I mean not cheap but for someone looking for something like this at a great deal and probably a stupid good deal relative to market value it's really nice.



The Pawn Shop dude said he's flexible on the price as good as it is now and yeah if anyone is in the area check it out.
