My longest ride on the road bike was about 50 miles. On average, a regular ride for me is 20 miles. And long is 40.

On the mountain bike, long is 20.

Remember, SoCal is all hill and mountain. Ridiculous climbs!

10 minutes I'm in the hills from my front door or a twenty minute drive for some crazy mountain biking Here's my family cruizer.Man i used to have about ten bikes at one time

This bottom youtube dude is fucking amazing period!!!!!!!!!!!!!I used to get into the downhill and we have some bitchin single track not far from here and if you hit it during the week there's not many folks on the trail and you can really get clipping!!!!50mph on some A total rush!

New England road and mt. biker here. Licensed USCF road racer for 10 years. Dabbled in NORBA. Now just a casual rider with the wife. At a good pace on a road bike you can burn up to 1,000 calories an hour. The best part of a long hot ride is the beer afterwards

My current, and long standing bike, is a chrome Trek hardtail with front suspension.
I just bought two new tires today so I'll have to post some pics after I put them on and give it a much needed wash down.
