When setting up my D-Tuna, (I am at standard pitch), in order to set the tuning properly, the setscrew ended up being so loose, I had to take it out, otherwise it would eventually fall otu and I would lose it. Anybody else have this issue?

What model Floyd? Did you try tweaking your fine-tuner starting position? Did you try the other length of clamp screw?

It's a Korean Floyd (1000 Series I believe) . .. the EVH model. I do not know how to fine tune the D-Tuna starting position or I do not understand what you mean? I only have the one length of the clamp screw.

Try loosening the fine tuner on the trem all the way...then tighten it two turns.

Tune guitar with the d-tuna out (drop D), then push in d-tuna to E.

After that...fine tune the d-tuna...
