Great price on that amp too! The orange heAd shell is double mojo

Ive always wanted the old 3 pre QR....well I have always wanted to try one at least ! I had 2 QRS and regretted selling the B+ one I had. That amp was sick !

I have always wondered why people sell these in their search for the flavour of the day. It seems one of the few Amos that people regret selling. I hear they are dry and unforgiving amps but I play jcm800's so are these essentially tweaked out 800 s ? Are they too tight an amp for the more vintage tones?

Great clip, sounds great!

Hmmmmm, i had a 3 preamp tube orange QR. traded it for some Deizel gear to someone in the bay area years ago. Wonder if this is it? Great amp. Very tight unforgiving for sure.

That's a decent price. The Quickrod is one amp I regret selling. I will have another one someday.

Probably diff, I owned this one 2007-2012, traded it to Bill on here. He sold it 2014 to Michael in half moon bay, now it's for sale again.

I've had my old 3 pre since 05. I've owned and tried many amps since then, but it's quite obvious why my QR is still with me
