I will be posting so many clips of both of my Fortins when I get them, you won't know what to do with yourself.

Bring the heat bro.

Yeah man, bring it on, there is a lack of clips on the interweb!

No more messages to mike, he's busy.

you think that's hard...try waiting for either a Cameron or a free Epiphone Zak Wylde sig Epiphone from 357 Choppers

HAHAHHA!!!! Yup....I remember that Zakk Wyle chopper incident!

I've got one ready to ship to Mike, just waiting on the all clear. I've tried not to bother him as I know he's frying bigger fish at the moment
I cant wait to get it back, and I havent shipped it yet
Gonna send him a JMP for a top secret one-off mod
thats all I can tell you without having to kill you

It took me a while to dial it in but my Cali mod kills. Withe the loop engaged I can get cranked tones at really reasonable volumes too.

The Bones clips have me gassing but it's not much different than a Cali, is it?

So what is the current wait on a Cameron?
7 or 8 years?

The wait on a CCV is similar to that of a Fortin. Somewhere between 3-9 months. Mike will have much better communication though.

I had Mike do a Cali mod for me and I absolutely love it. I think so far, my favorite amp I've ever played.

Nah, waiting for a Fortin isn`t that bad..................

11 months for me, but i can feel it`s coming soon.

Imagine waiting for this and trying to get some sleep at night, impossible.....

It is different ... every Cali mod done to an old Marshall comes out different as each Marshall is different. (even the same model) All components will affect the tone. So when you are modding an old Marshall, you are never sure exactly how it will turn out. Although Mike will get it to it's best possible spot.

The Bones is going to be tighter and faster than any Cali modded amp. Will be more focused ... and a big advantage to a Bones is that it is built like a tank. Very unlikely the Bones would ever fail. Mike told me his amps will out live him ... which is likely since he builds them to LAST forever. Unlike any Marshall ... which is built to blow up sooner than later.

Hey Guys,

I apologize for the longer than estimated lead times on orders.

The Meathead builds are taking me way longer than first estimated after building the prototype. I am going to have to file the Meathead under the "What was I thinking" category :aww: I honestly thought I'd sell one Meathead per year but reality was more than 10 times that. All of my orders have Meathead and Bones intertwined. Because of this and my down time due to my hernia earlier this year, it has just played havoc on the lead times. It has been a learning process for me and I feel that I have a much better grasp of it now. Next year will yield some changes in production and product availability.

I am working 18 hours, 7 days a week so I'm not lounging around   For those not aware, I do work a full time day job on top of the amp business. I've got a family to support and I'm the only source of income

I want to take this time to thank all of my customers for their understanding and patience.

Cheers,
Mike

The only reason the wait time sucks, is because of how incredible what you're getting is when the wait is over.

As you can see everyone is laughing about this thread, because you deliver some of the most incredible pieces of electronics powered by glass in the universe

And I'd like to take this time to thank YOU for your dedication to your work, and producing the only amps that are worth dropping serious coin on. I think it's kind of obvious considering how many orders you have ;)

after hearing your amps on your website ,im convinced they are the single greatestest amps produced, and the fact you do it after a regular job ,while still trying to balance a family, 2 thumbs up 2 you , the meathead is the only amp i would spend that kind of money for,

I waited 5-6 months for my Cali and it was VERY worth it.

Even though the wait is long, Mike does a great job staying in communication.

Hey Pussies, I've been waiting 2 1/2 years since the Natas's inception. :D ;)

Waited 6 weeks for my Cali, beat the rush

I do not care about the wait, the search is over. I have known guys on these forums searching for 7-8 years so 6 months is nothing

you think thats bad?

try waiting 15 months for a guitar :)

Try 2 years for a Bradshaw rig.

a custom Bob Bradshaw rig > Normal guitar from japan

24 months for one. 15 months for the other.

its was still outrageous for me

Ya... the anticipation is lame, but it does tend to make getting the goodies that much sweeter.
