Here's the way I see it.....none of the 13 or 14 that are owed a CCV are on here posting threads and starting shit. They are the one's out of luck and out of money. Also, with all the production CCV delays and redesign, regardless of the reason, they aren't on here daily asking where their amp is, either. If you don't have a dog in the hunt, why sling shit and worry about others misfortune? Be glad you aren't in the predicament.

I agree Steve!!! I am the one who put paid for the 2nd run CCV and I am not bitching. It is what it is and Brad and Co. is doing the right thing and I am sure it will be a kick ass amp as the Atomica is and the Old Bitch will be.

I am simply trying to invite the community to get involved in a BBB,Angie's list kind of way.

I started the thread with only the intention of information gathering. I asked to make it sticky since I hoped other would like to know.

I personally don't read threads past 3 pages back. I will search for something in every once in a while I mostly just see whats going on in new topics.

Saw Brad post a thread about not dealing with DAR amplifiers. That was the first I heard of it. The thread contained ambiguous information to say the least. Same thing with the Cameron stuff. Lugo mentioned the CAE thing so I included that.

I am working with a Steampunk band and I really liked the look of the Nikola Tesla Style DAR amp. Since I didn't receive any useful information at the time of reading other peoples threads on here and harmony central or gear page I posted here.
I really love the RS-T series of midi controllers. But even if I find one used what happens when it breaks? What happens when something needs updated? Its important to know whats going on to plan all this stuff. I am currently building a couple of rigs at this time for a few different people. I like to stay informed is all.

Cost a small fortune, and took a LONG time (nearly 2 years), and it was worth every penny and every second that it took.

As to Cameron Amplification: Great company, fantastic reputable business, and quality products. I LOVE my Atomica: Mine is the NAMM Proto Type, and I got it very quickly and professionally packed.
