Well, honestly, it is possible for all 3 to be true. I'm as Pro 2nd Amendment as they come, but I'd be all for the laws that already surround the background check system being changed in such a manner that mental health patients records are automatically tied into the system. If you have been institutionalized or have serious mental issues, a month long delay should automatically go into effect warranting further scrutiny.
Think about it for a second, one common denominator in the rash of mass shootings has been that they lied on a background check form that specifically ask's "Have you been diagnosed with a mental illness"??

I agree in theory. One caveat. When people can't buy guns via an FFL they just get them from the trunk of Leroy's deuce and a quarter.

The more strict the gun laws the more mass shootings you have , look at Chicago . The left make it sound like anybody can walk into a gun store and buy anything they want and walk out with it that day it's not even remotely close to being true .

The majority of mass shooters get access to guns in their homes like if their father owns guns etc.. If the mainstream media wasn't always trying to incite war and insist everybody's a victim of a corrupt system it would make a difference also .

The strong push to reject God and morality is also a huge factor . The overwhelming majority of legal gun owners never shoot anybody. Gun free zones are killing fields .

True, there is always a way to get something, I'm not acting like this would be 100% effective. But it would be something.

There’s way too much gray area there. Mental problems do not indicate a mass shooter. The current system falls in the hands of the legal system. To leave it up to a psychiatrist or psychologist, who could be anti-gun is a slippery slope. Much like red flag laws.
How about bringing back self accountability and enforcing the laws on the books?

Oh I totally agree with all of that, but this has not been done before. Most gang members are not filling out forms in gun stores, but a whole lot of the mass murder cunts did and got away with it.

Agreed, and no doubt those cunts would mis use their position to stop some who might be okay, but I think this is different from red flag laws, which I am against for obvious reasons. I get what you are saying though, the current batch is already mis using the laws to screw with people, so why give them any more power to abuse, right?
 
Here's the biggest laugher of all , they want your guns because they want to protect innocent lives . Personally I think they're a bit over rated and definitely overpriced. I mean they're ok, but I have at least one I like better than anything DD has. I will say I like their enhanced LPK.
