Rev 1+ is one of the most underrated amps ever. That 6550 platform is still a joy to play through.

So my experience with this particular model is limited. I ran a rev 1+ and it has a different power section. However, my brief time with the “rev” model was a good one. I chalked it up to a different take on a 6505 plus. Others mileage may vary, but for $500 it would make a killer back up or potentially an upgrade for the right person.

I’m in austin or I’d grab. Just too busy to get down that far south for the next several weeks.

I've never played a Krankenstien but my buddy has a Rev and it sounds killer. Worth every bit of $500
