Dean guitars

What do you guys think of Dean guitars? Or specifically their V's? Besides the gibson drama I'm tempted to get one of their V's.

So here are my choices so far
Dean V select
Rhoads Pro RR3
Solar V1.6
Epiphone V

I like Solar a lot but the hearing all the qc complaints has me hesitant.
I don't mind Epiphone but I know I will have to change pickups.

so far the jackson is the front runner the only thing i dont like is no stainless frets

I've also got a quote for a sully Concorde that if I'm patient enough and don't buy something else I will order in August.

I'm trying to keep it under $1400

Jackson Rhoads are the best. I have had chinese, korean, indonesian, and usa custom. The china $140 you could pass on. The rest are gold
