This is a steal for this amp, would pick it up if i didn't already have one.
 
Keep it. You are giving it away at this price. Just not a good time right now. Killer amp.
 
Killer deal. Wonder what is happening with the preamp tubes. Any ideas?

Yeah. OP did you try different preamp tubes to make sure its a tube issue and not something else. I think potential buyers (me included) might not want to deal with a potential issue with the amp if its not a tube problem.
 
You can get one for a hundred bucks more, maybe less, on reverb without an issue. Get it fixed and you'll have a much better chance selling it.
