Hello all,
I bought a used Diezel rear-loaded 2x12 from Maken Music in Chicago a few years back. I was looking for a high-quality cabinet, and I knew that Diezel makes good stuff, and the price was right. However, it seems a bit...different...than the other cabs I've seen online in the past few years.
The cabinet I bought has a slanted baffle with white piping, and the Diezel logo on the front, but there's nothing else identifying it as Diezel. The back plate on the back is just a simple round single-input deal. Furthermore, the cab doesn't have any corner guards, or even handles. It also has salt and pepper grill cloth, sort of like what you see on most Bogners. Oh, and it's loaded with Eminence Governors, but that could have been done by the previous owner. I only know that because there is nothing that states the cabinet's impedance, so I had to take the back off when I got it to see what was inside.
The cabinet is very solid and obviously well built, but has anyone else ever seen one like this?
