Diezel Einstein Output Transformer Buzz-Resolved

I was biasing my Einstein last night through the external bias points, and I noticed a buzz coming from the output transformer. Sounded like an electrical buzz, and when I would put my hand on the transformer, it would stop. Is this normal? Or could this be indicative of a bigger problem?

Also, one of the tube fuse indicator LEDs was not working when I removed the fuse, but I do not think that is related.
