Hiya. I have a 2017 VH4 and it has developed a very lack lustre sound. My Les Paul’s have started to sound very dull and channel three which I use the most is making the guitars sound very weak. There are no obvious noises coming from the amp. The power valves are approx one year old and the pre amp valves are still very quiet and there is no lack of volume. I would appreciate any input on this problem. Cheers Dave
 
I know those tubes aren't old but you might want to start swapping starting preamp tubes starting with V1
