Diff between Butterslax 412 170w cab and Vintage 412 cab...

Can anyone tell me the difference (if any) between the new Butterslax 412 170w cab and the Vintage 412 170w cab? Other than the grill cloth and a couple pound difference in weight, the specs I've been able to find seem to be identical. Same speakers, overall dimensions etc...

I'm curious because the Butterslax cab is $100 more....

Anyone have any insight on this?
 
There are 2 Butterslax cabs......the 2x12/2x15 AND a "regular" 4x12. I was asking about the 412. The 2x12/2x15 is a physically bigger cab and has two 15" celestions in it but the 412 shows to have the same greenback/v30 combo in it like the other 412 cabs. .....but it shows (from what I've seen) as $100 more.
