hi all as you have prob seen i just bought a hagen and love it!
currently deciding what cab to go for to match it
i tried it out through the front loaded v30 212 at diezel uk and was speechless at the sound i was getting, bought head took it home tried a few cabs and doesnt sound nothing like it did with the front loaded 212

what i want to know if anyone has tried both cabs or owned both and is there a significant difference in the sounds of the 212 and the 412.

papa has suggested the 412 front loaded and hes almost never wrong and trust his word. but just want to know that if i go for the diezel front loaded 412 that im going to get the same sound as the 212 as it was awesome and honestly the best amp and cab sound i have ever used or heard

hagen is a legend in the making, marshall and mesa watch your backs hagen is coming!!!

Needless to say every other amp i own has now been sold or put up for sale!

Watch their backs? They will never catch up to Diezel...they might make more amps, but none of them as good.

I know this reza!! , but in the uk everyone pipes on about marshall and mesa, diezel arent that well known here, i purely stumbled across diezel by accident , i went to a guys house about 2 years ago to pick up an orange rockerverb id bought on the bay and he plugged his herbert in. needless to say ive used diezel ever since and nothing comes close.

But as a 4 channel amp the hagen can do EVERYTHING you throw at it!
Ive never come across a multi channel amp that can do clean crunch and hi gain perfectly , theres alway been one good channel and the rest not so great, the hagen has changed this!

it depends how load youre going to play

hey, i play a lot of different venues from small to large if thats any help!!

Id go 4X12 just for the sake of power
ive played these couple off years 2X12 exclusivly, they take less room, are not that heavy, my whole rig fits in my car
I really miss the power off a 4x12

The problem is when youre getting mic'ed, a 2x12 could do more justice, youll only have to drive 2 speakers instead of 4, youll get the sweet spot at a earlier stage(my experiance)
