Where did you get yours from ? Is there any clips available out there ?

Those look pretty nice. 200mA current draw per pedal is alot though....

Does the pedal give a volume boost when you engage it?

I have a Digitech X-Series chorus (which I prefer in terms of sound over my old Boss CE-2 chorus pedal), but the X-Series Chorus is designed to give a slight volume boost when you engage it. I see the reasoning behind that idea but it bothers me.

I find most chorus pedals give a volume boost when you engage them, it annoys me too....

The 200mA current draw is not bad as long as you are using an adapter. I thought the line 6 Verzilla was a power hog at 160mA. I always use AC/DC adapters, but there are some players who still use and prefer batteries....

I just tried a CR-7 chorus pedal and bought it...sounds great at home here with the Marshall pedalboard setup.

Anyone else have other Hardwire pedals?
Now I'm curious about the distortion, reverb, delay....

I have the RV-7 and I think it's a great pedal. Lot of versatility to the reverbs, no digital suckitude like some other reverb pedals out there, and the 'verbs tail if you set it to buffered mode (which really has no tonal difference compared to true bypass from what my ears can tell).

Pricey, but worth it. And they're made in the USA.

I love the verb pedal; however the OD was a big disappointment. It was really harsh and boxy no matter how I set it. The Bad Monkey flat sounds better IMO.

Wow this is an old thread. I have since replaced my Line6 Verbzilla with a Digitech Hardwire RV-7 and am very happy with the change. I think Digitech overall did right on these Hardwire pedals, its nice to see them get something right

I like some of the Hardware pedals. I think they are often over looked.

Ive got the delay and the reverb on my PB great and work in the XTC and the Renegade..

i have the un overdrive, i didnt dig it that much. i still have it if u want it.

Seems the verb, delay, and chorus have been getting better reviews than the OD pedals.

I liked the Hardwire Delay and Reverb pedals a lot
The only reason I didn't get them is I wanted some Midi control with user presets so I went with something else..

I just received one of these new Digitech Hardwire Pedals, the Chorus CR-7. So far , I have to say, it is a pretty impressive sounding pedal. I was putting it up against my Rocktron Intellifex for the multi-voiced chorus thing and the Digitech sounds thicker and more lush. No tone suck, true bypass, works in effects loops too.

That tuner looks original...
