How did you contact them, through webmail or phone?

I sent them an email through their website. I also contacted the digitech rep on TGP, but after he had me try a few things he referred me to the support on the website, which I had already emailed. I asked for a new cables straight away. I also checke with my and they don't offer the cables separately. You can get new cables for $40 fro zzounds.

I was surprised in the audio and build quality. I have Boss,Ibanez and Stymon pedals. Now I will have 3 iStomps so I don't have to keep loading different pedals in it. Might go for 2-3 more if they are around in a week or so for a mini pedal board or to throw on the pedal tray. I have only found 2-4 pedal tones that didn't suit me.

Trying to exchange mine. Got the replacement cable and I still can't connect. Person said the istomp will ship tomorrow, so we will see.

It really does sound excellent. So good that I will deal with the inconsistent issues in switching pedals
I've settled into a few I like...having a green screamer with 2 outs has been awesome!

Backordered for me too. Sending my old one out today, its not worth much for to me as just an overdrive. Hope I get a new one and it works out.

I must say my excitement for this pedal has dwindled a ton. Worst case, I get my money back. Things are tight, with paying off Christmas bills.
