Dammit! I just bought one too.
Looks very cool in the vids.

Mine just came in the mail and I am pretty impressed for $40. My wife works nights and is sleeping so I could only play really low volumes but so far it seems really cool.

I tried a couple delays, reverbs, and choruses, and to me they sound great for the money. Maybe better when I can actually turn it up more. I tried a fuzz called End Of The World Fuzz or something like that and it was terrible. I'm not a fuzz guy at all but it was beyond bad. Idk, I will try it again later.

I really liked the couple OD's I tried. The tube screamer sounds good. I don't have a real TS9 to compare but from memory it seems close. Compared it to my OD808 and it was more agressive and had a lot more level. There is a pedal called Amp Driver I really, really liked with my Fryette UL. Made it unbelievably chunky and tight, not that it isn't already but, holy shit. Adds some saturation too. Can't wait to hear this at volume. If it is like I hope the purchase is a success.

Lots of other cool pedals too. Funky porno sounds and trippy robot sounds are in there. LOL.

Just ordered one. I'm downloading the apps now. It appears they are all free, with the exception of the Impossible pedal. Pretty cool!

Got mine today too. Delay, chorus and reverb pedals
are all great. The TS boost is good; definitely tightens up your signal.
There is a pure clean boost that is really nice.
Could not get a good tone with any of the distortion pedals.
For 40 bucks I might buy another.

Hey
Do you all think this might be a good way to connect 2 amps through its stereo outs?
Or would there be significant degradation?
I'm thinking bypass or clean boost type settings

I've had the lexicon reverb installed in mine for years now. Such a great reverb. The notables are:

XXL octave fuzz
Lexicon reverb
Boss DM-2
Boss CE-2
Mistress
Pitch shifted reverb

The rest are all pretty cool, but these are the ones that really stand out. The Lexi verb is worth the price of the pedal alone. I received this pedal from their rep and he was a lexicon rep in their heyday and he was saying the algorithm for the IStomp is the same as their Hardwire unit...which is stellar.

Without a phase reversal switch I'd be nervous to use it in two amps, no iso transformer either. I'd say hit or miss.

Hi guys...I've been lurking on here for ages but this is the first time I've posted.

I was hot to trot on getting one until I read this: http://forum.gibson.com/index.php?/...gitech-istomp-pedal-until-you-read-this-post/ has anyone had similar issues? I run iOS7 on both my iphone 4s and Ipad 2 so it sounds like it might not be compatible. latest version of the stomp shop app looks like it has sorted out the iphone 5 issue but doesn't say anything about older devices running iOS7.

I also wonder how committed digitech will be to continuing to support new stomp shop updates to keep up with new ios versions? Does the fact that everyone is clearing out the istomp mean that digitech is giving up on it?

Even though I'm about to give up on my Iphone 4, I should have mine Thursday. I bought it on a whim figuring the price was too good to pass up. If I like it I may buy another. One in the loop and one up front. Original price is a joke, GC $150!

Works fine with ios7.

My guess is they are discontinuing it as a total flop. Maybe the reduced price is so people will buy it and praise it (which is deserves for this price or a bit higher), therefor opening the door for a new product. I wouldn't be surprised to see a iStomp2 in the near future.

Got ours yesterday & for the price I'm pretty impressed. The delays & chorus effects sound great & the tube screamer worked well with our Blackstar HT5s. We didn't get time to try out much more than that but pleased with what we heard. Worked fine with both iPhone 4 & 5.

I'm loving the StratoBoost for boosting. Simple 1 knob clean boost. Very transparent and adds 24dB's.

Ordered 2 today as well after talking to Digitech.. They said all problems ironed out since ios7 came out. I guess with an iPhone 5s you need the adapter.

Can someone please confirm which country tips come with them, hoping for Austin/NZ as one of them. NZ is just like the USA plug but the tips are flat and slant out like an A..

Digitech also said there maybe a few more pedals coming with it but no promises.. Sounds good..

NZSteve is getting me one too! Just in relation to his question - here's a picture of what the NZ plug looks like (though some don't have the 3rd tip at the bottom and are like the 2nd picture)...anyone find pins like this with their power adaptor?

No pins like that included, but this pedal works just fine with any adapter you use to power your 9 volt pedals. Despite what the manual says.

I just bought 5 of them for a cool grab and go board. I dig the hardwire stuff so this will be fun.
