anybody have any experience with these? the singles in my new strat are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy weak....I don't mind so much in the neck and middle but the bridge is too clean for my liking...I'd like to try a single if I can get away with it

My favorite double coil pickup to put in a strat is a Dimarzio Super Distortion. mmmmmmmm ya

what about a hotrails or something that is the stacked humbucker? It would get rid of the noise as well. I LOVE the sound of single coils in the neck slot for clean stuff and blues leads but I loathe the sound for anything heavier in the bridge.

the injector is a stacked humbucker, i'm getting a set as soon as funds allow.

Injector=awesome. I have one in the neck of my Suhr H-S-S and it's an excellent, versatile pickup. If you're looking for more output and don't mind the non-traditional look you can't go wrong with an Air Norton S. For me, Tone Zone S is too muddy, boomy, bass-heavy.

I've got one in the cola Strat in my avatar. It's a LOUD, ballsy pickup. Very cool. Lots of sustain. Highly recommended.

well I'm gonna try the injector as opposed to a rails type strat sized humbucker like an air norton or something like that....I have three guitars with high output humbuckers, two duncan distortions and a jb...and I have a chopper in my tele..which isn't really fire breathing but it's still a bucker....

so while I'd like some more output I'd like to keep it more on the sss strat side of things

been watching the recent gilbert videos of him talking about that and his fireman...just him going through a marshall and it sounds REALLY good..and I normally don't dig his tone...

welp just ordered on for my strat..we'll see how it goes =) worst comes to worst I can just put it in the neck then get a rails type for the bridge...but we shall see
