Dirty Shirley Mini - Serial Number and structure switch question

Hey guys,

Huge Friedman fan here. Have or have owned tons of their pedals and also amp heads.

Just got a DSM head, ordered new from retailer.

Can anyone tell when made? Serial 3102101004

I had an earlier made DSM a couple years ago and a swear the structure switch is different on this new one.

On my old DSM, the switch all the way up was highest gain setting. On this new one, switch all the way down seems like highest gain setting, with middle gain setting being switch all the way up.

Am I just hearing this wrong?

Probably switch is just upside down.
