I got the aftermarket piezo saddles out of this Schaller RTM bridge, and the only saddles they offer for it are roller saddles, for like if you have a Bigsby. I wouldn't imagine so, but will roller saddles interfere with intonation or tuning stability on a guitar where the strings go through the body? I dig that you can adjust string spacing on the roller saddles, as well as height/radius and the intonation obviously. It's $60 shipped for saddles from Germany (since no one in the US carries their full line of products) and $100 for a whole bridge, shipped, here in the US. The bridges that are stateside are non-reverse though, which I assume would mean I'd just have to flip the saddles around to make it a non-reverse bridge and have the screws facing the rear of the guitar and likely easier to get to.
