Sorry to hear about the injuries that might affect your playing long term but like you said, you're alive. Glad your brain made it through OK.

I know where you are coming from Mike(MYLILSS) you become thankful for things taken for granted prior to the accident. I am recovering from a Horrific head on Semi VS car accident(toyota corrola)where the truck ran a stop sign from back in January. I was in the car and had to be cut out of it. Let's just say there wasn't much left of either vehicle. I won't go into the details but after two weeks in intensive care and two months in the hospital you learn who your true friends and family are! You take care and stay positive the recovery will come, I had to learn how to walk again among the little things, with that much trauma the body will take a long time to heal. I had some wonderful Doctors, Nurses and prayers/thoughts from friends and loved ones. I'm thankful that I can still walk(albeit painful) and talk on my own to this day.

I had sent an E-mail along with my donation hoping to hear back from you and I'm absolutely stoked to see you poking away on the computer... glad you came out on the better end of this ordeal man... wishing you a speedy and full recovery, god I love this forum!

I've been meaning to update and forget. Sorry. Mike is walking now and back at work for a few hours each day. Says he is beggining to be able to play guitar again also ! He needs to come chime in here. I'll tell him to get into rigtalk soon!

Not only are you going to play again, you're going progress more than you ever imagined. :thumbsup:
 
Just to update things, I am finally back to work pretty much full time. Still have some healing going on but for the most part things have gone back to normal. Other than slight aches and pains from time to time all is well and I couldn't be happier.

Thanks again guys for all the support. I shoulda updated this a while back but keep getting sidetracked lol. I think my a.d.d. or whatever that Crap is has gotten worse !
