it is a 1987 its a great amp. he was prob the first to build amps just like the best year marshalls. Very helpful website when I first started building,,, cool dudes over there at that forum. if you can get it for a great price I say buy.

Any idea how effective the master volume works? It'd be nice to be able to run this at home to practice as well as at band volumes. Yeah I know, it's Plexi-based, but I can dream can't I lol

he just added a regular MV basically its a 1987 with a 2204 MV hoepfully it has the hotswitch engaged

Yeah I screwed the pooch on this one... talked to Doug by email and got a couple questions answered yesterday / this morning, went to buy it this morning. Gone. Shouldn't have hesitated.

build one, his site is very hepful. how much was it. I can build a Hoffman PLexi with a footswitchable Hot Switch and additional MV.
