The rig has been downsized.....

you guys know I usually keep 2-4 amps most of the time, I'm down to 1 guitar half stack and 1 bass half stack. it feels wierd, but good... :lol: :LOL: although I do have 5 guitars and 6 basses. ;) AND my Kemper :D

Nice.

I downsized as well, selling off gear and using the money to upgrade. A smaller collection can be more satisfying if it is composed of better gear.
 
I have downsized too from 4-5 amps to 2 and 6 -7 guitars to 4. My downsizing occurred as part of trading up :D. It seems weird not having at least 3 amps but so far I am coping. :lol: :LOL: I still have 8 cabs but that is because they are next to impossible to sell.
 
yeah, cabs are hard to move, unless you wanna take a big hit on them..... only have the Cameron cab, thats it, but it's a GREAT cab, so I have no complaints at all. ;)
 
Nice choises for downsizing!

What's the guitar head if I may inquire?

I've tried to keep my gear at an absolute minimum now that I'm going the second time around playing "for real" but it is very very difficult. Got only 3 guitars at the moment and a half stack to go with it plus numerous pedals of course but I'm in the lookout for new guitars and amps on a daily basis :D.

Its a killer amp, 6 gain stages, thick as hell, incredible with a boost.


Thanks... The Mod is one of the best I've ever played, and probably my favorite, I still have yet to play a Fortin, although I'm hoping there'll be one at the ampfest next week. :thumbsup:

Been working on downsizing myself. I am just sick of having so much gear sitting around collecting dust... My new philosophy is if a piece of gear spends more time getting cleaned or maintained than it is getting used, it has to go! lol :lol: :LOL:
 
I'm trying to downsize as well. Well,...maybe more like consolidating.
I have multiple Peters amps, and I'm ordering a triple channel and a dual channel in the new look not shown on the website yet. Those will make most of my other amps redundant, so they are going to help fund the new ones. I should be good with those two.
Now, my ten guitars are another story :lol: :LOL:
 
Looks killer Mike - really cool that you've downsized :rock:

I'm also downsizing - selling 2/3 of the gear i used when playing was what brought in the income. Its time to really narrow it down to what matters most so that i can play more and have one great functioning setup.
 
Cant wait to hear that Marshall through that cameron cab next weekend also stokeed about checking out that kemper in action. What mikes are you bringing.
