So I joined a band that was already up and running based out of Daytona Beach a few months ago.

Well, we’re releasing a few singles on a label soon (to be announced) so since I’m vain and can’t have other tracks from the old guitar player on them, I explained the value of redoing them to the band! Lol.

Mostly kidding but anyway… here’s the Darkest Nightmare. Running into my Engl standard cab with V60’s and Dunable USA custom Yeti and Gnarwhal. No boosts used outside the built in one on the amp.

Sounds pretty fucking good to me. Never had a chance to try any of the Driftwood amps in person.
I did a vid on these from NAMM back in 2020 when they were first announced. I’ve wanted one ever since. Marek from driftwood and I become chummy over the following few years and he got me sorted in this guy.

Sounds good. Hard to find good demos of these.
I’ll need to get one done asap.

Sounds great to me! Tons of gain on tap and seems big under the fingers.
Yeah man for sure. It feels “big” and definitely plenty of gain on tap. The built in boost is a great tone shaping tool. No NEED to use anything externally but you know… people like what they like.

Sounds like Florida is going well!
Yeah man, so glad to be back here. Was the right move for me and the Mrs.

Sounds killer
Man top 3 amp for me. It’s everything I wanted it to be, which doesn’t happen often.

I've always wanted to try a driftwood amp. Sounds so good!
I highly recommend the Darkest. From what I hear by folks who’ve owned it and the Purple, the Darkest is more aggressive and bottom end holds up better, but I’ve not been able to compare the two.

sounds great. :rawk: keep us up to speed on the band
Will do!
