contemplating shit on eBay...I see an EVH Stealth I want, and some pickguard material and an Alt8 to pimpslap the Ibby baritone. I got like $9k in the bank and I already bought an AxeFx and some ATH-M50Xs...what would RigTalk do?

I have a like new Stealth I could be persuaded to sell if you're inclined. Has about 2 hours of play time, never left the house, with cover. PM me if you're interested.

Winter has been so shitty around here. I would use the money to go down south for a month... And get the amp...

Spend half of that $9K on guitars, amps, hookers, and beer, then blow the other half.
 
Get yourself one top shelf tube amp and guitar....that new Metro Plex, Helios, Friedman, SLO, Diezel etc....and maybe a Suhr, Anderson, Charvel Custom, LP.....you get the idea. And you'll have cash left....

Screw that. I'd grab a used Luxxtone for WAY cheaper before I bought that thing.
 
Spend the $9 grand on gear.. then get 3 credit cards and max them out on more gear.. .Wait, that's what I did... :D Now Im back to ONE amp, ONE guitar and my pedalboard.. do I still gas for others.. sure... but Im happy with what I got.

If you have a good amp and good guitar... and the tone is still not for you... It's time to start looking at the Indian and not the arrow. :thumbsup: :yes:
 
Take half the money and put it in your 401K as a "make-up" payment. Spend the rest on whatever piece of gear that floats your boat. I'd get a Stealth or Helios if it was me.

A little fun now while planning for the future. No guilt toy purchase ;)
 
Buy your wife something that makes her smile. Save the rest for a rainy day,or that piece of gear that shows up in the classifieds down the road for dirt cheap you always miss out on.

Then go play the gear you got.

I know you wouldn't. Bought some recording headphones for me and Rob and a TLML from Mike Nugent for dirt cheap. Rest went in the bank for a rainy day.
