Man, that's just a wrong thread title. He's making it easier to get them into treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, which is badly needed in this country with 150k fentanyl overdoses a year, rather than just "locking people up" for petty drug crimes and creating repeat petty offenders taking up space where rapists and murderers should be. I hope this has a positive impact on people's lives. I've lost a lot of old friends to that fentanyl and opiates, it's really sad.
